This Privacy Policy describes how KOKKONA ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our store.

Information we collect. When you visit our store we collect device and browsing information (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via cookies and similar technologies. When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).

How we use it. To fulfill orders, process payments, arrange shipping, send order updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — when permitted — send marketing you can opt out of at any time.

Advertising & analytics. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and similar advertising and analytics tools to measure and improve our advertising and to show you relevant ads. These tools may collect information about your activity on our store. You can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings and opt out of many interest-based ads through your device or browser settings.

Sharing. We share personal information with service providers who help us run the store (payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping carriers, email, and advertising/analytics partners), and where required by law.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (including California residents under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Data retention. We keep order information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it.
