Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer free, hassle-free returns.

Return window. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on swimwear (if the liner is removed) or pierced jewelry unless they arrive faulty.

How to start a return. Email hello@kokkona.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you - just drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.

Faulty or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@kokkona.com with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
